Three ways to work with Scale Flow, from a one-time website project to a fully managed growth system.
A professionally built or redesigned website you can own and manage independently.
Your website plus the tools and ongoing management needed to stay organized behind the scenes.
The complete backend plus ongoing Meta ad management designed to bring more opportunities into your business.
Prices in CAD. Tier 1 pricing depends on website complexity. Advertising spend, third-party software usage, and applicable taxes are separate. On managed plans, website hosting and access to Scale Flow-managed systems end when your subscription ends; your business data and independently owned assets remain yours. Project and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
I’m Dziva, the person behind Scale Flow. I grew up watching my mum raise me on her own while running her own business. I saw how much time and energy it takes to serve customers, handle the day-to-day work, and keep everything running behind the scenes.
Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated my work to sales and marketing. Across my own projects and the businesses I work with, I’ve seen how inquiries, follow-ups, bookings and disconnected tools can take time away from the work an owner actually wants to do.
Scale Flow brings my sales and marketing experience into one connected service: a website that explains your offer, systems that help manage opportunities, and advertising when you’re ready to reach more people.
The goal is to take a load off your plate. Whether you want more time to grow the business or more freedom outside it, the systems behind it should support that direction.
I built and operate Next Ride Canada, an automotive lead-generation company working with Steve Marshall Auto Group, managing five-figure monthly marketing spend.
I work with this Nanaimo fitness studio through Scale Flow’s Full Growth System, connecting the business systems and marketing behind its customer journey.
My sales experience spans automotive and service-based businesses, including a business development sales role in the fire-prevention industry. Alongside that work, I’ve spent years studying online marketing through my own projects.
Products, services, appointments or courses—the details differ, but people still need a clear path from discovering your business to becoming a customer. We start by understanding your offer and process, then agree what to build around them.
Here’s what to expect when you are ready to move forward.
Share your services, website, goals and current process. For a free homepage demo, provide a website link—or your business name and niche.
Review the deliverables, price, responsibilities and timeline. Paid work starts under agreed written terms; standalone website projects require a 50% deposit.
Provide your approved logo, content, images and access to the accounts agreed for the project. Review the work and give consolidated feedback.
Review the website and agreed inquiry journey before launch. Standalone projects move to handoff; managed plans continue with the agreed support and check-ins.
Free homepage demos: within two business days of a completed request. Paid websites: typically 1–2 weeks after scope agreement, deposit and required content, with availability confirmed in your proposal. Managed systems and advertising timelines depend on the agreed scope and account readiness.
Not every business needs to start over. Let's look at what you already have and where the gaps are.
We build and manage your system using GoHighLevel, configured around your business. We confirm the agreed setup, account access, ongoing costs and what happens if you leave before you commit.
Your free personalized homepage demo is delivered by email within two business days of a completed request. Share your current website, or your business name and niche if you do not have one. If you choose a paid website, the build typically takes 1–2 weeks after scope agreement, deposit payment and receipt of required content. Availability and your project delivery window are confirmed in the proposal.
Start by checking whether the page clearly explains your service, works well on mobile, and gives visitors an obvious way to contact you. Test your forms and booking links, then check whether visitors are reaching the right pages. Low traffic and low conversion are different problems: a redesign alone does not create demand. Scale Flow’s Tier 1 Website Design service can improve the site and inquiry path. You can start with a free personalized website preview.
Scale Flow’s one-time Website Design service typically costs $499–$1,999+ CAD, depending on the pages, features and complexity. It includes a mobile-responsive design, basic on-page SEO setup, contact and booking links, and up to three revision rounds. A 50% deposit starts an agreed project. The free preview is a homepage concept to help you decide; the finished website is a paid service. A specific quote and project terms are confirmed before work begins.
Give every inquiry a place in one lead pipeline, an owner and a next action. Connect your forms to the CRM, acknowledge new inquiries, and use reminders or agreed email and SMS follow-up workflows. Stop or change automated follow-ups when someone replies or opts out. Scale Flow’s Tier 2 Managed Business System includes CRM setup and integration, pipeline organization and workflow setup. The goal is a consistent process rather than relying on memory.
Often, yes. First check whether your current website supports the forms, calendar links or embeds needed to connect it to a CRM. Then map what should happen after an inquiry: who receives it, which confirmation is sent, and when a person follows up. Compatibility needs to be assessed before setup. Scale Flow can assess your existing site and recommend integration, improvements or a rebuild; buying a new website is not always necessary.
Check the whole journey: whether the ad reaches the right audience, whether its offer matches the landing page, whether the form or calendar works on mobile, and whether inquiries get followed up. Track qualified inquiries and bookings alongside clicks to find where people drop off. Scale Flow’s Tier 3 Full Growth System connects Meta ad management with landing pages, lead capture and follow-up. Its management fee is $999–$1,499 CAD per month, with advertising spend separate; results depend on the offer, market, budget and execution.
Start with the part of the customer journey that is failing. If people cannot understand your business or inquire easily, start with Tier 1 Website Design. If inquiries arrive but follow-ups and bookings are hard to manage, consider Tier 2 Managed Business System. If the website and follow-up process are ready and you need to reach more potential customers, consider Tier 3 Full Growth System. You can start with a website and add managed systems and advertising later.
Not necessarily. We can assess your existing website and recommend whether to integrate it, improve it or rebuild it based on what you need.
Yes. Website design, hosting and agreed maintenance are part of your active managed subscription. The website is provided as a managed service rather than transferred into your ownership.
You may downgrade from the full growth plan to the managed business system, or cancel completely. If you cancel all managed services, Scale Flow-provided website hosting ends at the close of the paid service period. You keep your own domain, customer data and other independently owned business assets. An optional paid website rebuild and migration can be quoted separately.
No. Our management fee covers the agreed advertising service. Your ad budget is separate and paid by your business.
Absolutely. You can start with a standalone website, add CRM and automation management, then introduce advertising when your business is ready.
Typically between $499 and $2,000 CAD depending on the number of pages, features and complexity. We'll provide a specific quote and written project terms before starting.
