Tier 03 · Connect demand with follow-through

Bring your advertising and backend together.

Combine the managed business system with ongoing Facebook and Instagram advertising management, so campaigns connect to landing pages, lead capture and follow-up.

Is this right for your business?

For businesses ready to invest in advertising and connect new inquiries to an organized follow-up process.

Test agreed campaign and creative variations, then use the results to guide changes.

Lead capture and follow-up flows

Connect the campaign’s next step to agreed landing pages, forms and follow-up workflows.

Reporting and optimization

What you receive

Campaigns connected to a follow-up process.

  • The managed website, CRM and agreed workflows included in Tier 2.
  • Agreed Meta campaign setup, management and creative testing.
  • Connected landing pages or lead-capture steps and an agreed follow-up path.
  • Campaign reporting and ongoing adjustments based on the agreed goals.

Advertising spend is separate from management. Reporting measures and campaign scope are confirmed before launch.

Test first. Learn from real inquiries.

Cost per lead is not known in advance. We use the agreed campaign budget to test your offer and customer journey, then review what the results tell us.

  1. Prepare the offer and inquiry path

Agree the audience, message, landing page or form, budget and follow-up process. Check that the next step works before launch.

  2. Run the agreed tests

Test campaign and creative variations within scope. Review spend and inquiries together, with context for lead quality.

  3. Follow the opportunity

Review qualified inquiries, bookings and recorded sales outcomes where the agreed tracking and your business records support them. Clicks alone do not tell the whole story.

  4. Adjust from evidence

Use the results to guide the next tests and discuss what should change. Increasing spend is a decision to review, not an automatic next step.

How it works

  1. Assess readiness

Review your offer, business goals, existing website and capacity to handle inquiries.

  2. Agree scope and budget

Confirm the management fee, advertising budget, required account access and written service terms.

  3. Build the journey

Connect the agreed campaign, landing page, lead capture and follow-up process before launch.

  4. Test and improve

Monitor performance, test changes and review progress against the agreed goals.

Pricing and terms

Management is $999–$1,499 CAD per month depending on agreed scope. Advertising spend is separate and paid by your business. Applicable taxes and third-party software or messaging usage are separate. Campaign results depend on the offer, market, budget and execution; no fixed lead or revenue outcome is promised. Managed website and system subscription terms apply.

Before you decide

Is the ad budget included?

No. The monthly price is the management fee. Your business funds advertising spend separately.

Can you guarantee leads or sales?

No fixed results are guaranteed. Campaign performance depends on factors including audience, offer, creative, competition, budget and how inquiries are handled.

Can I move back to Tier 2?

Yes. You can discuss downgrading to the Managed Business System. Timing and cancellation terms are confirmed in your written agreement.

Should I start with ads immediately?

Only after reviewing whether the offer, website and follow-up process are ready. Tier 1 or Tier 2 may be the more useful starting point.

What we need to get started

  • Your business information, service priorities and goals.
  • Approved branding, content and images you have permission to use.
  • Access to the website, domain, CRM or advertising accounts agreed for your project.
  • A person who can approve scope and provide consolidated feedback.

Use the access-sharing process agreed during onboarding; do not send account passwords through an inquiry form. Setup requirements, availability and responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.
